These Business & Dealer Terms & Conditions (“B&D Terms”) apply to any legal entity, organization, or individual acting in a commercial capacity (“Business” or “Dealer”) that registers or upgrades to a Business Page, Business Catalogue, Dealer Page, or any other business/dealer-focused membership on DriveGT (the “Platform”), operated by Spartan Horse Media Ltd (Company No. 14950881), 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4BS, United Kingdom (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
These B&D Terms supplement the DriveGT Main Terms & Conditions (“Main T&C”). If there is a conflict between the Main T&C and these B&D Terms with respect to business/dealer matters, these B&D Terms will prevail.
By creating or upgrading to any Business/Dealer membership (including Business Catalogue, Business Page, or Dealer packages), you agree to be bound by these B&D Terms, the Main T&C, and any referenced policies (e.g., Privacy Policy, Marketplace Policy, eShop Terms if relevant).
Business: Typically a non-dealership commercial entity offering products or services (e.g., automotive accessories, detailing services, etc.).
Dealer: A car dealership or entity primarily engaged in selling vehicles.
Business Catalogue (Discounted Price: 50€/12 months) 90€
1. Standard listing in the catalogue (no cover photo, standard listing exposure, no advanced street feed posting)
2. Basic statistics/insights, ability to comment & like posts, get reviews & ratings, etc.
Business Page (Discounted Price 280€/12 months) 560€
1. Includes cover photo, premium listing, higher visibility, advanced street feed capabilities, messaging, product/service showcase (up to 50 each), advanced statistics & insights, store verified sticker, etc.
Dealer Page (grey verified badge), up to 30 basic ads, 1 featured ad, up to 30 photos per car, 1 video per car, basic dealer tools, daily post limit in Street Feed, etc.
Dealer Page (grey verified badge), up to 80 basic ads, 5 featured ads, up to 60 photos per car, 2 videos per car, advanced tools, 2 posts/day in Street Feed, etc.
Dealer Page (blue verified badge), up to 150 basic ads, 10 featured ads, up to 100 photos per car, 3 videos per car, audio (engine/exhaust), advanced tools, 3 posts/day in Street Feed, etc.
All Business/Dealer memberships are prepaid annual subscriptions (12 months).
Pricing may be subject to promotional discounts (e.g., 50% off certain packages).
No automatic renewal unless otherwise stated—Users are responsible for renewing prior to expiration.
Upon payment, access to Business/Dealer features is activated immediately; thus, consistent with EU (and other) consumer laws for digital services, no refunds are provided once activated.
Businesses and Dealers must provide accurate, lawful details (e.g., legal entity name, address, contact info, licensing if required). You are solely responsible for keeping this info up to date.
Some packages include “Store Verified Business Sticker” or “Dealer Badge.” These are visual indicators for platform recognition only; they do not imply any endorsement, guarantee, or verification of legal status beyond confirming paid membership.
DriveGT does not collect or process payments on your behalf for vehicles, products, or services you sell. Any financial transactions are strictly between you (the Business/Dealer) and your buyers. We only showcase listings or direct potential buyers to your website or contact info.
You must ensure that all items/services listed (e.g., vehicles, automotive parts) are legal in the jurisdictions where offered. DriveGT may remove any listings deemed inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of these B&D Terms or the Main T&C.
Business/Dealer users can communicate with prospective buyers via in-app messaging, phone calls, or external links. You agree to handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
Certain packages provide advanced statistics (e.g., number of calls, clicks, or showroom visits). These metrics are estimates based on our internal tracking, which may not be error-free. DriveGT disclaims liability for any incorrect or incomplete data.
DriveGT does not guarantee any particular volume of traffic, leads, or sales. All final transactions, including negotiations, financing, or test drives, are outside DriveGT’s control.
Nothing in these B&D Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and DriveGT. You act on your own behalf for all commercial dealings with your customers.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of any content, advertisements, or listings you publish. DriveGT does not endorse or verify user-generated business/dealer content.
Users may leave reviews or ratings on your Business/Dealer Page. We do not moderate reviews unless they violate our policies (e.g., defamatory, hateful, or spam).
DriveGT reserves the right (but has no obligation) to remove reviews that violate the Main T&C. We do not arbitrate factual disputes about user experiences. You may respond to negative reviews but cannot demand their removal unless they breach policy.
Each Business/Dealer membership term is 12 months from the activation date. Unless an auto-renew mechanism is explicitly stated, you must manually renew.
You may cancel your membership before the 12-month period ends, but no refund will be issued for unused months. Your Business/Dealer Page may be deactivated upon termination.
We may suspend or terminate your Business/Dealer account if you breach these B&D Terms, violate the Main T&C, or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities. Suspension does not entitle you to any refund.
Dispute resolution or governing law provisions in the Main T&C apply to these B&D Terms as well. If a more specific venue or law is mandated due to your commercial status, that shall be clarified in your subscription agreement or local consumer laws where applicable.

DriveGT may revise these B&D Terms from time to time. We will post any updates and, where required, notify you. Continued use of Business/Dealer features after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify package features, pricing, or availability. If material changes affect your current subscription, we will endeavor to inform you in advance.
These B&D Terms, along with the Main T&C and referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and DriveGT regarding Business/Dealer usage.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in force.
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute waiver of that or any other provision.

BY REGISTERING OR UPGRADING TO ANY BUSINESS/DEALER MEMBERSHIP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE BUSINESS & DEALER TERMS & CONDITIONS, AS WELL AS DRIVEGT’S MAIN T&C AND OTHER APPLICABLE POLICIES.
