1. Introduction & Scope

This Content & Ad Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the rules governing the creation, publication, and promotion of content on DriveGT (the “Platform”), including text posts, photos, videos, ads, and any user-generated material. It applies to all DriveGT users—both individual memberships (Free, Verified, PRO, Performance) and Business/Dealer memberships—alongside our Main Terms & Conditions (“Main T&C”) and Business & Dealer Terms (as applicable).

By posting or advertising on DriveGT, you agree to comply with this Policy. In case of conflict between this Policy and the Main T&C, the Main T&C prevails, except where this Policy provides more specific rules on content-related issues.

2. User Responsibility & Ownership

2.1. Your Content, Your Responsibility

All content (text, images, videos, audio, etc.) you upload or share is your responsibility. By posting, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights to the content, including intellectual property rights.
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

2.2. Licensing to DriveGT

You grant DriveGT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, display, and distribute your posted content for the Platform’s operation, promotion, and archival purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Content

3.1. Permitted Content

We welcome automotive-related topics and general discussions that conform to DriveGT’s community spirit. Acceptable content includes, but is not limited to:

• Vehicle photos, modifications, reviews, enthusiast discussions;
• Marketplace listings (cars, accessories, parts, etc.);
• Legitimate automotive services or product advertisements for Businesses/Dealers (in compliance with the Business & Dealer Terms).

3.2. Prohibited Content

You may not post or share any content that:

• Violates the law: Depicts or promotes illegal activities; violates export/import controls; or encourages harm to people or property.
• Infringes intellectual property: Unauthorized use of copyrighted images, videos, music, etc.
• Is hateful, discriminatory, or harassing: Content attacking or demeaning a group based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or any legally protected status.
• Is pornographic or excessively violent: Explicit sexual material, bestiality, or graphic gore.
• Is fraudulent or deceptive: False claims, misleading information, or phishing attempts.
• Promotes gambling or controlled substances: Unless you hold explicit legal authorization and comply with relevant laws.
• Contains malware or malicious code: Viruses, trojans, or anything that disrupts others’ devices or data.
• Violates privacy rights: Sharing personal information (e.g., addresses, IDs) without consent.

3.3. Spam & Repetitive Posting

• Mass posting identical or nearly identical content across multiple sections is prohibited.
• Automated scripts or bots that flood the Street Feed or user inboxes are not allowed.
• Unsolicited self-promotion or repeated commercial messages outside authorized ad placements is considered spam.

3.4. No Minors in Photos/Videos

3.4.1. Prohibition

DriveGT does not permit the posting or display of photos, videos, or other visuals depicting minors (i.e., persons under 18 years old). This includes profile pictures, cover photos, car images, or Street Feed posts.

3.4.2. Ambiguous Age

Because it can be difficult to verify someone’s exact age if they appear close to 16–17–18, DriveGT reserves the right to err on the side of caution and remove or request removal of any images that reasonably appear to involve underage individuals.

3.4.3. Warning & Removal Process

First Offense: We will typically attempt to contact the user who posted such content, issue a warning, and request voluntary removal.

Repeated or Egregious Offenses: DriveGT may remove the content without further notice and/or suspend the account if the user continues to post material involving minors.

3.4.4. Disclaimer of Responsibility

• DriveGT cannot conclusively verify the ages of individuals depicted in every image or video. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not include or feature minors.
• By posting visual media, you represent and warrant that all subjects in the content are over 18, or that you have otherwise ensured compliance with this Policy.
• DriveGT is not liable for any legal claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from content posted by users that may inadvertently include minors.

4. Street Feed & Posting Frequency

4.1. Street Feed Purpose

The “Street Feed” is a social space for users to share updates, experiences, and automotive discussions in a casual, community-driven environment.

4.2. Posting Limits

• Consecutive Posts: No user (individual, business, or dealer) may post more than three (3) consecutive times in the Street Feed within a short time window (e.g., back-to-back within the same hour) to prevent spamming or over-saturation.
• Automated Posts: Automated system-generated posts (e.g., triggered by an event, like a new listing) do not count toward the consecutive post limit. However, abuse of auto-post features to circumvent these limits is not permitted.
• Daily Limits: Certain paid memberships or dealer packages may allow a higher daily post limit. Users must still avoid spamming or irrelevant content.

4.3. Respectful Conduct

All Street Feed posts must comply with the Prohibited Content rules in Section 3.2. Users should maintain civility and refrain from personal attacks, threats, or harassment.

5. Marketplace & Advertising

5.1. Ads & Listings

• Individuals: May list personal vehicles or automotive items for sale.
• Businesses/Dealers: Must adhere to the Business & Dealer Terms, including any listing limits (basic vs. featured ads, etc.).
• All ads must be truthful and not misleading regarding condition, pricing, or availability.

5.2. External Links & Redirects

You may include links that redirect potential buyers or clients to your external site, eShop, or contact form, provided such links are not deceptive or malicious.

5.3. No Payment Processing by DriveGT

DriveGT does not process or handle payments on your behalf. The Platform simply showcases your ad or listing. Any monetary transaction is between you and the buyer/seller.

5.4. Prohibited Advertisements

Ads or promotional content that violate Section 3.2 or local regulations (e.g., unlicensed firearms, illegal items, or false claims) are strictly disallowed.

6. Intellectual Property Concerns

6.1. Copyright & Trademark Infringement

If you believe content on DriveGT infringes your IP rights, please contact info@drivegt.com with details (link to the alleged infringement, proof of ownership, etc.). We may remove or disable access to alleged infringing content in accordance with applicable laws (DMCA or other local IP regulations).

6.2. User Liability

Users posting or advertising infringing material bear full legal responsibility. DriveGT reserves the right to terminate repeat infringers.

7. Enforcement & Violations

7.1. Monitoring

We may—but are not obligated to—monitor user-generated content for compliance with this Policy. We rely on community reports and our internal review processes.

7.2. Removal & Suspension

If content violates this Policy or the Main T&C, we may remove, block, or modify it without notice. Repeated or egregious violations can result in account suspension, termination, or legal action where required by law.

7.3. Reporting Violations

Users can report policy violations by using in-app reporting tools or emailing info@drivegt.com with screenshots/links to the offending content. We will review and take action at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

8.1. User-Generated Nature

DriveGT is not liable for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any user-generated content or ads. Content posted by Users represents their views, not ours.

8.2. No Warranties

All content on DriveGT (including ads) is provided on an “AS IS” basis. We make no warranties regarding any products, services, or transactions that originate from user listings or promotional posts.

8.3. Damages

In no event shall DriveGT (or its owners, directors, employees) be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with user-generated content, including direct or indirect losses, unless expressly required by local law.

9. Updates & Modifications to This Policy

9.1. Right to Amend

DriveGT may revise or update this Content & Ad Policy periodically. We will post the updated version on the Platform with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of DriveGT after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Policy.

9.2. Hierarchy

If this Policy conflicts with the Main T&C, the Main T&C prevails except where this Policy imposes stricter standards on content or advertising practices.
