By creating an account, browsing, or otherwise using DriveGT, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (T&C). If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Platform immediately.

DriveGT is available in both English and Greek languages. We strive for accurate translations. However, if there is any discrepancy, the English version of these T&C will generally govern unless local law requires otherwise.
A personalized space where individual Users can add their vehicles’ details, photos, and videos not for sale (i.e., purely for showcasing). Other users can view, like, or comment depending on your privacy settings.
A profile designed for businesses (non-dealership) that wish to showcase products or services, brand information, contact details, and promotions. Subject to Business & Dealer Terms.
A specialized profile for car dealerships, enabling them to list vehicles for sale (car ads), receive inquiries from potential buyers, and display branding. Subject to Business & Dealer Terms.
A user-driven marketplace to buy or sell vehicles, parts, or other automotive-related goods. Individuals may list cars or items for sale, while businesses/dealers can post extensive catalogs. Usage of the Marketplace must comply with any Marketplace/Ad Policy and the Business & Dealer Terms (if applicable).
A social-style feed where Users can post updates, photos, or discussions about automotive topics. Users may like, comment, and share content. The same posting rules (no hate speech, harassment, or illegal content) apply as elsewhere on the Platform.
A dynamic ranking system showing top Users, measured by metrics such as “Garage Visits,” “Car Likes,” or other engagement statistics. Leaderboard positions are for entertainment purposes only and do not confer legal or monetary benefits.
DriveGT provides in-app messaging functionality enabling direct communication between Users, Businesses, and Dealers. All messaging must adhere to these T&C (prohibitions on spam, illegal content, etc.).
DriveGT’s official online store at eshop.drivegt.com, where Users can purchase merchandise or other products. The eShop is governed by its own Terms (shipping, returns, warranties, etc.). Purchases made in the eShop do not constitute membership purchases.
DriveGT may send you push notifications, in-app alerts, and/or emails regarding:

DriveGT attempts to provide accurate translations and accessible features for users worldwide. However, local laws and regulatory requirements (e.g., age restrictions, competition laws) apply primarily to those residing or conducting business in jurisdictions where DriveGT is officially offered.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use any interactive features of the Platform. Where local law requires a higher minimum age, that law applies.
Users must provide accurate, complete registration details (name, email, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
By registering an account, you represent that you meet all eligibility criteria and commit to comply with these T&C.
You retain ownership of any text, photos, videos, or other content you post (“User Content”). You grant DriveGT a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Platform and for promotional purposes.
You may not post or share content that:
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor and remove or disable any User Content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these T&C or applicable law.
Users must adhere to respectful communication standards. Street Feed posts should remain relevant to automotive discussion or DriveGT’s community interest.
Users can list vehicles or automotive items in the Marketplace. By creating a listing, you represent that the information is accurate and legal to sell in your jurisdiction.
All purchases, sales, or negotiations are solely between the buyer and seller. DriveGT is not a party to these transactions, nor do we provide warranties on listed products or vehicles.
Professional sellers or dealers must comply with Business & Dealer Terms. Additional fees or listing limits may apply.
If we publish a specific Marketplace or Ad Policy with more detailed rules, such policy is incorporated into these T&C.
If you register or upgrade to a Business Page or Dealer Page, you agree to additional obligations as set forth in our Business & Dealer Terms, including pricing, branding, and content regulations.
Prices may be subject to promotional discounts (e.g., 280€ at -50%, or 560€ normal price).
Where any conflict arises between these T&C and the Business & Dealer Terms, the latter govern for business/dealer operations.
DriveGT may publicly rank Users (individuals, businesses, dealers) based on metrics like profile visits, likes, or engagement. This ranking is purely informational.
Paid memberships or business packages may include daily or weekly stats (visits, clicks, calls, etc.). These data are estimates based on our internal metrics. DriveGT does not guarantee perfect accuracy.
Leaderboard positions or high engagement do not entitle you to financial rewards or claim against DriveGT.
Purchases made via eshop.drivegt.com are governed by the eShop Terms posted there. Those terms address shipping, returns, warranties, and payment specifics. In the event of any conflict, the eShop Terms prevail for eShop transactions.
Purchases in the eShop are distinct from your DriveGT membership. Buying merchandise does not grant membership benefits or vice versa.

You can often manage or disable certain notifications in your account settings or via unsubscribe links in emails. However, essential notifications (e.g., security alerts) may remain enabled for account integrity.
We do not guarantee delivery of all notifications due to factors outside our control (spam filters, device settings, service outages, etc.).
DriveGT is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind (express or implied). We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
DriveGT is not liable for user-posted content, external websites, or third-party services. We do not endorse or guarantee the availability or quality of goods or services listed in the Marketplace, Dealer Pages, or Business Pages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company (including its directors, officers, employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of DriveGT, even if advised of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If laws in your jurisdiction apply, some or all of these limitations may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection regulations in your country of residence require that a different governing law and/or dispute resolution framework apply. In such cases, your mandatory local laws shall prevail to the extent necessary.
If any dispute arises in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to first seek an informal resolution by contacting us at info@drivegt.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights that cannot be waived or restricted under the laws applicable to you, including your right (where applicable) to initiate proceedings in your local jurisdiction under mandatory consumer protections.
Because we operate globally, access to the Platform may not be legal in certain countries. You are responsible for compliance with all local laws if and to the extent such laws apply and are not preempted by the governing law stated above.
You may deactivate your account at any time. For paid memberships, no refunds will be given for unused time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect violation of these T&C, local laws, or if it is necessary to protect our users or the Platform. In serious cases, we may do so immediately without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to access or use DriveGT ceases. Some provisions (e.g., intellectual property, liability, indemnification) will survive as needed to enforce them.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection regulations in your country of residence mandate application of different legal provisions. In such cases, your mandatory local laws shall take precedence to the extent required by law.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot be waived or restricted by contract, including your right (where applicable) to initiate proceedings in your local jurisdiction pursuant to consumer protection laws.
Because we operate on a global scale, local laws and regulations may vary. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws if and to the extent such laws are not superseded by the governing law designated in these Terms.
We may revise or replace these T&C as the Platform evolves or laws change. We will notify Users of major changes by posting a new Effective Date and, if significant, provide a prominent notice (e.g., email or banner).
Your continued use of DriveGT after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
These T&C (along with referenced documents: Privacy Policy, Business & Dealer Terms, Contest Terms, eShop Terms, etc.) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company relating to DriveGT.
If any part of these T&C is deemed invalid, the remaining sections shall remain in effect.
Failure by the Company to enforce a provision of these T&C shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
