These Brand Policies provide guidance to car brand companies (hereinafter referred to as "Brands") regarding the registration, interaction, and use of the Spartan Horse Media Ltd. platform.
a. Eligibility: Only companies involved in the automotive domain, such as car manufacturers, tire companies, car parts suppliers, detailing services, and other automotive-related entities, can register as a Brand.
b. Membership: Brands are required to pay an annual membership fee of €280 for full access to the platform for 12 months.
c. Verification: Upon registration, Brands must provide company details for verification. A verification email will be sent to the registered email address. After verifying the email, Brands proceed to the payment procedure. Upon successful payment, Brands gain full access to their Brand Page.
a. Brands are provided with a dedicated Brand Page where they can share updates, media, services, products, and more.
b. Interactions include gaining followers, posting on the 'Street Feed', receiving likes, comments, and shares, and engaging directly with the platform's user base.
c. Brands are encouraged to maintain a professional demeanor, refraining from misleading or false advertising.

Brands must adhere to the platform’s Publish Content Policy when sharing or posting any material. Violation of these content guidelines may lead to post removal or account suspension
Brands can share third-party links relevant to their services/products. However, users who click on these links are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the third-party websites.
Brand memberships are non-refundable once purchased. However, Brands can cancel their membership, which will halt auto-renewal for the next billing cycle.
a. Spartan Horse Media Ltd. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from Brand interactions on the platform.
b. Brands are solely responsible for ensuring the authenticity and legality of their content and interactions on the platform
Brands retain all rights to their intellectual property. However, by posting on the platform, Brands grant Spartan Horse Media Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce said content.
