a. Dealers will have their own unique Dealer Page. This will serve as their virtual showroom where they can list unlimited cars for sale on our Marketplace.
b. The "Street Feed" is an avenue for dealers to share updates, media, car listings, and engage with our user base. Dealers are encouraged to post regularly to maintain an active presence.
c. Dealers must ensure that all content shared, whether photos, videos, sounds, or text, is either their original creation or they have the requisite permissions to use it.
d. Spartan Horse Media Ltd. retains the right to remove content that may violate copyright laws or is associated with drugs, gambling, sex, or other illicit activities.
a. Dealers are required to subscribe to the Ultimate Dealer Club Membership, priced at £1,680(incl.vat) annually. This membership is a yearly commitment and should be paid upfront for the entire 12 months.
b. With this membership, dealers can list an unlimited number of cars on our Marketplace, have their unique Dealer Page, and partake in all dealer-centric features offered by the platform.
c. All payment processes are ensured to be secure. We encrypt every payment transaction to provide the highest safety for our dealers.
a. Dealers who opt to cancel their membership within the initial 10 days of their subscription are entitled to a full refund. This refund process can take up to 30 working days.

By signing up and utilizing the services provided by Spartan Horse Media Ltd., dealers acknowledge and agree to these policies, committing to use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose and the stipulated terms and conditions.
