a. All payments made on our platform, including those for Pro memberships and car listings, are processed securely via Stripe. b. Dealers may be eligible for refunds as detailed in our Dealer Policies. Users and Brands are not eligible for refunds.
Your privacy is paramount. We utilize cryptography and encryption, and our servers are secured with Google Cloud. Personal information is never shared with third-party entities without your consent. For a comprehensive overview, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Spartan Horse Media Ltd. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, monetary loss, or other damages.
